Civil law vs Maritime Admiralty law, how does this apply to us?
Q. There are two kinds of law in this earth. 1. Civil Law (law of the land) & 2. Maritime Admiralty Law (law of the water) Maritime admiralty is banking law & it says that because you were born from your mother's water you are an admiralty product. This is why ships sit in births and they are tied to the dock and the captain has to give a certificate of manisfest to the port authority. This is why when you were born you have to have a birth certificate. It's got to be signed by the "doc" (doctor) cause that's where the ship is tied to, the dock. Why does the doctor sign your birth certificate? Because you came down your mother's water canal ergo you are a maritime admiralty product and that's the Law! A. Actually you missed two: Military justice and Mineral rights. While some of your ideas are "gems" and seem to be "rock" solid and it's apparent your intellect is producing a "gusher" at the moment and you obviously must have a "commanding" presence nonetheless your "battle plans" have gone "aground" in the "harbor" of your "peasant" and "Bankrupt" notions. It it obvious you are just "trolling" for "fishy" answers.

Why doesn't "Admiralty Law" apply to Somali Pirates?
Q. For the last 600 Years Admiralty Law has been accepted Maritime Law worldwide. Admiralty Law is very clear that Pirates caught in the act may be summarily tried by the officers of the ship which apprehended them and if found guilty, hanged. Now suddenly Admiralty Law is ignored!! WHY?

A. Because of the Liberals in Washington who believe that pirates must be read their rights by a police officer, told to turn around and be handcuffed, see a judge, go to a Pirates Anonymous or some UN pirate rehabilitation program, then be paroled, and taken home on a U.S. taxpayer paid airplane. I'd say that we tie them with chains to a 500 lb. dumbbell and toss them into shark infested waters. Which is natural justice.
